BFI Canada Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: BFC.UN) will hold its annual and special meeting of unitholders on Thursday, May 11, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
The Fund also announced today that it will issue its first quarter fiscal 2006 results by press release on Thursday, May 11, 2006, prior to the meeting. The Fund will hold a conference call to discuss first quarter results on Friday, May 12, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. (ET).
