Seeking to speed cleanup efforts in the wake of hurricane-induced flooding, Pennsylvania is waiving state fees charged to landfill operators who accept flood debris. The waiver, which includes fees the state charges for its Growing Greener program, will remain in effect for two weeks, or until the state has a handle on the debris problem.
