Versar, Inc. (Amex: VSR) has announced that Benjamin M. Rawls has retired from his position as Chairman of the Board and resigned from the Board of Directors of the Corporation after a thirteen-year career with Versar. The Board has elected one of its members, Paul J. Hoeper, as Chairman of the Board.
